Due to life being life, this schedule is approximate. Sometimes appointments happen, every once in awhile I get sick... you know how it goes.  

 

Monday: 7pm – 9pm ish

Tuesday: Offline

Wednesday: 7pm – 9pm ish

Thursday: Offline

Friday: 7pm – 9pm ish

Saturday: Offline

Sunday: 7pm – 9pm ish

Sales of handmade goods are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The option to see prices in United States dollars (USD) is available, however, it is only an estimate. If purchasing in USD, a currency exchange rate may or may not be charged by your banking institute.

 

 

Returns/Refunds on Handcrafted Items

 

Please review your order before finalizing purchase. Once the item(s) are shipped, changes can no longer be made. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, item(s) are considered final sale once the item(s) have been shipped.

We recommend purchasing the shipping insurance for your orders. Uninsured shipments cannot be refunded. If your order is damaged or lost/stolen and you have purchased insurance, please contact us so we can assist you further.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, please open your package with care. For example, use any scissors/sharp implements with care when opening your package. Refunds/replacements will not be issued for damages caused to items due to unpackaging methods.

Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different in person to what you see on your screen. We will do our best to represent the colour of the items as accurately as possible.

Please be advised that any additional fees, including importing fees, customs and so on, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Sisters of the Hook is in no way in control of when these fees are charged or how they are calculated. Sisters of the Hook is in no way responsible for payment of these fees, or any refunds of packages not delivered as a result of unpaid fees.
